O'Neill Coaching and Consulting
What I love about coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that supports the exploration of their goals, and creates a path forward to meet them.
By increasing our connection with ourselves and each other, we can change our lives, our workplaces and our communities.

Professional Development & Emerging Leaders
Work relationships, communication, organizational culture, systems we work within, and responsibilities we hold – where and how we work – all provide rich opportunities for growth and learning. It can be joyful, hard, interesting, overwhelming, and downright scary at times. Our work experiences often reveal our strengths as well as our blind spots, skills we wish to develop, or provide a tantalizing glimpse of future possibilities. Coaching is a powerful way to support your professional development goals and transformation in the space we call “work”.
Personal Development
Do you find yourself in a time of growth, challenge, or transition? For example, you may need support to make changes in your personal life, or you may have specific goals you want to achieve. There are many reasons why we might need a little more support, and Coaching can help you deepen your connection with your own insight and wisdom, to live a life that is more aligned with the values that are most important to you.

Experiential Coaching
Are you someone who gets your best ideas while walking? Do you light up when you’re actively participating and engaged in an experience? Are you someone who trusts your gut and first feelings? Or do you need help getting out of your head? If you can say yes to any of these questions, you may be a good fit for experiential coaching. Our sessions can take place while walking, working in your garden, or sitting outside in a favorite spot. Anything that helps you get the most out of your coaching session.
